Laptop repairs take on all forms from software to hardware fixes. To keep things simple our pricing structure is based on a fixed fee of £100 plus parts cost.
Buying this service covers anything from your laptop not starting up, to virus removal to hardware replacements like hinges to re-installation of your operating system.
Once we receive your laptop we will investigate and notify you of any cost of parts to complete your repair.
There is no obligation to proceed if you don’t want to. If you decide not to proceed with the repair your machine is free to be collected.
TThe £100 does not include any postage to return your PC to you which will be quoted and must be paid before return. We cannot give a price for the return before receiving your PC as it is weight based but will be in line with mainstream courier costs. We offer a free collection & drop off service if you are based in Reading.
